For our Milan office, we are looking for a CRM & Digital Marketing Intern to join our Client Organization on an internship basis. The Client Organization is the division dedicated to generating a tangible impact for our clients, ensuring excellence and sustainable value creation. The mission is to identify growth opportunities for the various Service Lines, constantly expanding and strengthening client relationships. Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.
  • Excellent command of the Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Fluent knowledge of the English language.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support in the creation and segmentation of contact lists for campaigns on CRM and lead generation tools.
  • Assist the Digital Marketing team in setting up, sending, and monitoring commercial campaigns, tracking opens, clicks, conversions, and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate on the development of CRM functionalities at both local and international levels.
  • Contribute to the development of nurturing flows through the creation of personalized email sequences.
  • Support the tutor in the daily management of the database (data import/export, contact cleaning, data correctness verification, and updating records from internal/external sources), producing periodic reports on quality, in compliance with GDPR.
  • Support the Marketing team in collaborating with internal stakeholders or media partners for the creation of marketing content, including articles, interviews, and leaflets, ensuring the correct and smooth execution of activities.
