About The Position

Savage X Fenty is looking for a CRM Coordinator to join our growth marketing team, to support our customer relationship management initiatives across email, SMS, and Push Notification channels. This role will be responsible for campaign execution, performance reporting, and content coordination, ensuring seamless customer communications that drive engagement and conversion. The ideal candidate has a passion for marketing technology, strong organizational skills, and a results-driven mindset. This role reports to the Sr. CRM Manager.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with email/SMS/Push marketing platforms and customer segmentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • True attention to detail to ensure campaigns are delivered to the highest quality standards and are hitting their targets
  • Innovative thinker with a proactive, take-charge attitude and ability to work collaboratively
  • Highly organized with strong follow through and productivity-focused mindset
  • Technically savvy and able to pick up new tools quickly
  • Ideal candidate brings foundational AI literacy, including experience using generative AI tools, and a proactive mindset to experiment with new technologies to drive productivity and innovation.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred).

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end planning and calendarization of campaigns across CRM channels.
  • Analyze and report on weekly CRM campaign performance, identifying key trends and opportunities.
  • Set up and deploy CRM campaigns, ensuring correct audience segmentation, messaging, and QA.
  • Ensure CRM campaigns across all channels are scheduled and launch to consumers on time.
  • Work with the Sr. CRM Manager to develop and execute A/B tests across CRM touchpoints, sharing A/B test results and actionable insights with stakeholders, including the Creative team, to enhance campaign design and messaging.
  • Input briefs for CRM channels, collaborating closely with the Creative team to develop best-in-class messages that align with brand guidelines and customer engagement goals.
  • Own set up and reporting of CRM promotions.
  • Assist CRM team with various projects as needed that could include (not limited to) market research, reporting, preparing decks for presentations, and attending industry-related webinars.
