At Lifespace Communities, we're investing in the future of digital marketing and we're looking for a strategic, hands-on CRM & Personalization Manager to lead our email marketing, customer journey, and marketing automation strategy. This isn't just another email marketing role. You'll own the entire customer lifecycle, partnering with Marketing, Sales, IT, and executive leadership to create meaningful, data-driven experiences that help families make one of life's most important decisions.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of CRM, lifecycle marketing, or email marketing experience
  • Expertise with CRM and marketing automation platforms
  • Strong background in customer segmentation and personalization
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance
  • Excellent project management and communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise CRM and email marketing strategy
  • Design personalized customer journeys, nurture campaigns, and automated workflows
  • Build audience segmentation using CRM data
  • Optimize campaigns through A/B testing and performance analytics
  • Manage marketing automation platforms and campaign execution
  • Measure ROI and turn insights into smarter marketing decisions
  • Partner across teams to continuously improve the customer experience
