Position Overview : The CRM & Analytics Specialist plays a vital role in the Technology Services organization, serving as an administrator for Salesforce / Tableau users and a key resource for business intelligence and analytics. This position is responsible for gathering and documenting business requirements, building and maintaining schema, data, automation, and reports in Salesforce, SQL, and Tableau. They will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders. The specialist supports the day-to-day operations of various departments by creating and maintaining Salesforce & Tableau reports and dashboards, and managing data lists and loads. Through these efforts, the CRM & Analytics Specialist ensures data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization.
