As a CRM Analyst at Hertz, you will help support the implementation and execution of campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud across the Hertz, Dollar, and Thrifty brands. You’ll work hands-on with data, automations, and customer journeys while learning best practices for scalable, data-driven marketing. In this role, you’ll partner closely with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to support campaign delivery, testing, and optimization. You’ll operate in an Agile environment and contribute to high-quality CRM solutions through strong documentation, QA, and continuous improvement.
