The CRM Administrative Support Specialist provides critical organizational and administrative support to the CRM Support Team while assisting with foundational CRM administration tasks. This developmental role ensures efficient intake and prioritization of requests, accurate documentation of decisions and tasks, and timely reporting of work status. By maintaining visibility into all moving pieces and contributing to basic CRM functions, this position enables the CRM Platform Manager to focus on strategic initiatives and platform optimization. This position offers a hybrid work option. Nelnet values flexibility and understands the importance of work-life integration. Our hybrid work environment allows associates Living within 30 miles of an office location to work remotely for part of the week, while also fostering collaboration and team connection through in-office presence three days per week.
