About The Position
This role serves as a Club Advisor for the Morning Basketball Association at CRLS. The advisor is responsible for overseeing club activities, managing funds, and ensuring regular communication and attendance tracking for club members. The position involves participation in school-wide events and adherence to administrative reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the subject area
- Experience with high school students
Responsibilities
- Meeting regularly with club members
- Advertising club meeting times, dates, and locations
- Recording and keeping a log of member attendance for EVERY club meeting
- Managing all Club funds
- Participating in the annual Club Day activities
- Supervising club activities including all approved field trips and fundraising activities
- Attending meetings of the Club Advisors
- Completing all required Club forms
- Submitting club attendance reports to the CRLS Assistant Principal prior to each pay cycle
Benefits
- Stipend payment (half after first semester, half after second semester)
- Payment for hours worked over 40 hours if applicable (time and a half)
