About The Position
This is a service opportunity for a Club Advisor responsible for overseeing the Model United Nations club. The advisor will manage club activities, finances, and member attendance, ensuring compliance with school policies and reporting requirements. The contract period is from September 01, 2026, through June 30, 2027, with a flat rate stipend of $4000.00, paid in two installments.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the subject area
- Experience with high school students
Responsibilities
- Meeting regularly with club members
- Advertising club meeting times, dates, and locations
- Recording and keeping a log of member attendance for EVERY club meeting
- Managing all Club funds
- Participating in the annual Club Day activities
- Supervising club activities including all approved field trips and fundraising activities
- Attending meetings of the Club Advisors
- Completing all required Club forms
- Submitting club attendance reports to the CRLS Assistant Principal prior to each pay cycle
- Ensuring attendance logs for semester one are due in early December
- Ensuring attendance logs for semester two are due in late May
