About The Position

Join us as a board-certified or residency-trained Criticalist at VCA Alameda East Veterinary Hospital, and you’ll quickly discover that you’re well supported by world-class medicine, technology, facilities and a talented team. Located in beautiful Denver, CO, this is a 24-hour emergency/specialty/primary care hospital. Our specialties include Internal Medicine, Oncology, Surgery, Dermatology, Radiology, Neurology, and Emergency & Critical Care. The hospital is equipped with a 1.5 T MRI unit, 64-slice CT with 3D reconstruction, digital radiography, ultrasound unit, digital fluoroscopy, and advanced orthopedic and laparoscopic equipment. It is AHAA accredited and offers access to a network of Specialists within VCA.

Requirements

  • Board-certified or residency-trained Criticalist
  • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, from an accredited university or equivalent
  • Licensure in good standing to practice in (state), or the ability to obtain
