About The Position

RMC is seeking a Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) Analyst for a full-time in-office position in Camp Lejeune, NC. This role is for an exceptional CIP Analyst to become a part of RMC's mission-driven team, dedicated to making a difference in the federal and commercial markets. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree, 2-4 years experience (In lieu of a degree commensurate operational experience (+8 years) may be substituted)
  • 10+ years' experience with DoD
  • Knowledge of DoD planning process
  • Obtaining a DoD TS-SCI Clearance.
  • Valid Passport with a minimum of 8 months remaining until the expiration date.
  • Willingness and capability to travel, CONUS and OCONUS approximately 5% of the time.
  • Commitment to maintaining a drug-free work environment
  • U.S. Citizenship
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license

Responsibilities

  • Support the Headquarters’ Marine Corps (HQMC) CIP Program, which plays an integral role in achieving mission assurance (MA) and complements other HQMC programs concerning risk management.
  • Support the Mission Assurance Program Director, HQMC, PP&O with onsite and offsite support and may travel within the U. S. and overseas as necessary.
  • Support military and DOD civilian leaders in planning, organizing and coordinating CIP and MA program requirements.
  • Develop briefings, reports, and guidance documents to support the identification and validation of critical assets.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for CIP, Marine Corps Critical Asset Management System (MCCAMS) and MA topics.
  • Assist in reviewing military headquarters’ plans, policies, and directives, to ensure compliance with DoD policies and directives.
  • Develop white papers, position papers, and briefings.
  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert contributing to development of Mission Dependency Index (MDI) and CIP security, policy, and guidance.
  • Support development of plans for installation security infrastructure.
  • Assist with identifying required resources, prioritizing available internal resources, and identifying external resourcing requirements and potential sources.
  • Provide research and analysis using the Mission Assurance Assessment framework for security infrastructure, including controlled perimeter, critical assets, supporting infrastructure, communications, and cyber networks.
  • Support the military customer in the preparation of graphical, oral, written reports, briefs, and products in support of installation security infrastructure.
  • Develop and maintain CAMS training materials.
  • Assist with CAMS training.
  • Conduct research and analysis using the MAA framework for critical infrastructure, including critical assets, supporting infrastructure, communications, cyber networks, and controlled perimeter.
  • Ensure relevant data is accurately reflected in the service specific CAMS database.
  • Assist with the development of CIP and MA policy and guidance.
  • Support the military customer in the preparation and development of reports, briefs, and products in support of CIP/MA program requirements.
  • Assist with identifying required resources, prioritizing available internal resources, and identifying external resourcing requirements and potential sources.
  • Assist with CAMS user training.
  • Manage service level Mission Assurance risk registry.
  • Assist Mission Analysis and MAA teams with the management of BEI and CAMS data entry.
