About The Position

KBR's National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities. In this position, your work will have a profound impact on the country’s most critical role – protecting our national security. KBR is seeking a highly motivated and career-oriented Critical Infrastructure Maintenance Manager to join our team supporting a government client in Aurora, Colorado. This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

Requirements

  • Clearance Requirement: TS/SCI with polygraph
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ten (10) years of facilities operations experience
  • Five (5) consecutive years of supervisory experience in the field of facilities operations and/or maintenance
  • Experience in prioritizing daily/weekly/monthly work plans
  • Demonstrated experience incorporating applicable EHS practices across responsible work areas
  • Demonstrated experience operating and maintaining power generation, chilled water, and large-scale facilities equipment
  • Demonstrated experience with 24/7 critical operations support
  • Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of project management concepts to manage items including, but not limited to: project schedule, scope, cost, risk, and deliverables and related metrics
  • Highly effective organizational, interpersonal, communication, and group leadership skills
  • Ability to reliably operate in a complex and changing environment, demonstrating solid independent judgment
  • Ability to interpret, capture, and manage customer requirements and expectations

Responsibilities

  • Provide management oversight to 24/7 operational support teams, technicians, and vendors, including guidance, training and performance feedback.
  • Ensure all work performed complies with all environmental, health and safety protocols and industry standards.
  • Implement an effective preventive maintenance program, including maintenance scheduling, monitoring environmental controls and troubleshooting equipment to prevent downtime.
  • Enforce operational and maintenance standards that support contractual requirements and comply with regulatory and environmental requirements.
  • Implement work processes and leverage data analysis to assist clients with achieving reliable equipment performance at cost-effective rates.
  • Provide rapid response to emergencies and equipment failures to ensure operational continuity and safeguard data integrity.
  • Implement disaster recovery protocols and enforce compliance to maintain operational reliability.
