As a Data Center Critical Environment Support Assistant within Microsoft’s Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I), you will perform a key role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform. CO+I focuses on the personal and professional development of all employees, offering trainings and opportunities such as Career Rotation Programs, Diversity & Inclusion trainings and events, and professional certifications. Microsoft's infrastructure includes a global portfolio of over 200 datacenters in 32 countries and millions of servers, managed by subject matter experts supporting over 1 billion customers and 20 million businesses worldwide. Environmental sustainability and optimization are central to our datacenter design and operations. Microsoft's mission is to empower every person and organization on the planet to achieve more, fostering a culture of respect, integrity, and accountability with a growth mindset, innovation, and collaboration. This role may require business travel up to 25% of the time and the ability to work 12-hour shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
