The company develops wholesale colocation capacity and build-to-suit facilities for hyperscale and enterprise users, sources low-risk land sites, and provides energy procurement services with a focus on renewable energy options. This Critical Engineering Technician (CET) position is an overnight role, typically from 6pm to 6:30am, with a rotating three or four-night work week. CETs are responsible for extensive hands-on operations and maintenance in a critical facility environment. This includes the installation, repair, and maintenance of critical and non-critical electrical, mechanical, and plumbing/piping equipment, machinery, and controls. They monitor operations, conduct routine assessments of building systems, perform tests, and analyze data to ensure optimal equipment functioning. The role demands strong formal conduct of operations skills, technical expertise, personal accountability, flawless execution of work activities, and adherence to safety standards in a high-risk critical environment, all while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and confidence.
