The Critical Engineering Technician will be part of the Operations team, reporting to the Critical Facilities Manager. This role performs maintenance on critical facility equipment and plays a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of a hyperscale, multi-building data center campus. The position is responsible for ensuring the uptime, reliability, and performance of critical facility systems through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and rapid response to alarms or incidents involving power, cooling, and networking equipment. The technician works across multiple areas, demanding precision and strict adherence to operational protocols. This role coordinates with internal teams (operations, engineering, security) and external vendors, requiring adaptability and the ability to work in a fast-paced, 24/7 mission-critical environment.
