About The Position

Take the next step in your career with Morrison Healthcare as a Critical Care Dietitian in DELRAY BEACH, FL! This position is located at Morrison Healthcare at Delray Medical Center in an acute care setting. The schedule is Monday-Friday, with coverage required every 5th weekend. The RD primarily covers Trauma ICU, Neuro ICU/stepdown, and may assist with other patient floors as needed. Requirements

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
Specialty certification when required
Two years of work experience in specialty preferred

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in a designated specialty area to promote recovery and improve health outcomes
Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness to patients, families, staff, and the community
Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care
Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals
Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable
