About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Critical Access Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in providing excellent patient care. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering quality nursing services in a critical access setting.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the applicable state.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Current BLS/CPR certification; additional certifications may be preferred or required.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in critical access or acute care settings preferred.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, ensuring timely interventions when necessary.
- Facilitate effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation in accordance with healthcare regulations.
- Participate in educational programs and staff meetings to enhance professional development.
- Promote a safe and supportive environment for patients and staff.
