Frontier Behavioral Health (FBH) is seeking a Crisis Triage Specialist to provide telephone crisis intervention and evaluation services for youth, adults, and families experiencing a behavioral health crisis. This role involves conducting telephone assessments, collaborating with clients and partners to develop alternatives to hospitalization or facilitate inpatient treatment, and providing crisis services via phone according to best practices and protocols. The position is part of a 24/7/365 regional crisis hotline accredited by the American Association of Suicidology, serving as a provider for the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline and the 988 National Suicide Prevention Line. Remote work is available after initial in-person training and demonstrated core competencies. A part-time shift is available on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays from 4 PM to 12:30 AM, which includes a shift differential.
