This role is part of the Crisis Call Diversion initiative, focusing on the collaboration between public safety answering points (PSAPs) and 988 centers to ensure individuals in crisis receive appropriate support. The position is located in Spokane, WA, with potential for remote work after initial in-person training and demonstrated core competencies. The specific shift is part-time (.6 FTE) on Saturdays and Sundays from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with a shift differential.
