As a Crisis Therapist on our multidisciplinary, fast-paced mobile crisis team, you will play a critical frontline role in providing timely, high-quality crisis support to youth and families during lower-volume overnight hours. Working independently, you will respond to calls, conduct risk assessments, and deliver brief crisis interventions as needed, ensuring safety and stabilization. In this role, you will manage cases autonomously while maintaining communication with On Call supports as appropriate. Responsibilities include documenting encounters, coordinating follow-up as indicated, and facilitating connections to ongoing services when needed. You will also engage with our internal quality and training systems to maintain strong clinical standards. You can expect a dynamic position that balances direct clinical work with opportunities for growth and leadership within the team. This may include participating in crisis consultations, engaging in ongoing coaching and professional development, and contributing to the overall delivery of high-quality, responsive crisis services.
