About The Position

Piedmont Community Services is seeking a Unit Supervisor to oversee the Residential Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) serving the Martinsville City, Henry County, and Franklin County areas. The CSU Supervisor is responsible for providing direct clinical and administrative guidance and supervision to program staff. This role involves assisting service leads in the daily management, supervision, and development of program services, as well as monitoring service quality and facility needs. The supervisor will also provide direct services to individuals, families, and groups as necessary to achieve program objectives. Additionally, the position requires developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with clients, their families, other Community Service Board (CSB) programs, and external resources.

Requirements

• Must be a Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the provision of mental health services.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Willingness to consent to background checks, including checks for barrier crimes.
• Willingness to consent to drug screening.

• Supervisory experience preferred.
