Compass Health is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Crisis Peer Counselor to join our Child, Youth & Family Crisis Team (YGo) in Snohomish County. This role offers a unique opportunity for individuals with lived experience in behavioral health challenges to leverage their journey into strength for others, particularly during vulnerable moments. The Crisis Peer Counselor will provide vital peer support services during the NOC (overnight) shift, assisting children, youth, adolescents, and their caregivers experiencing behavioral health crises. The work focuses on stabilization, advocacy, empowerment, and community-based support, guided by the Program Manager. This is a community-based outreach role, with work potentially taking place outside traditional settings in homes, schools, shelters, or other community locations.
