The Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Services (DBHDS) is seeking a qualified professional to serve as the Crisis Now Lead. This position provides leadership, coordination, and administrative supervision for the Crisis Now Team within the Division of Crisis Services and works closely with division leadership to align team priorities with the strategic direction of the division. This position is responsible for overseeing a team of staff who support and oversee component areas of the Crisis Now model; serves as the unifying presence across these component areas, supporting staff in meeting performance expectations; and provides guidance, removes barriers, and ensures coordination and coherence across the Crisis Now framework components. The position operates with significant independence, makes strategic recommendations to Division leadership, and is responsible for the interpretation and application of relevant statutes, regulations, and operational standards across assigned program areas.
