About The Position

Turn data into insight that strengthens crisis care in rural communities. Schedule: Monday-Friday. This is a remote position open to Missouri residents only. The Crisis Management Data Coordinator plays a vital behind-the-scenes role in supporting high-quality, responsive crisis services. This position gathers, analyzes, and reports on key data across programs, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and meaningful insight that helps leadership make informed decisions. Your work directly supports teams who are delivering critical behavioral health services and advancing our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness. Requirements

  • High School/GED required
  • At least three (3) years’ experience similar to the essential job functions listed above preferred
  • Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office suite applications preferred
  • Knowledge and experience in creating/running Crystal reports into Excel formats preferred

Responsibilities

  • Extract, interpret, and analyze data from multiple systems to ensure integrity and accuracy
  • Partner with crisis program leadership to fulfill reporting needs and support program improvements
  • Cross-check and validate data across software platforms
  • Prepare reports, dashboards, and charts for senior leadership review
  • Compile and submit required client and program outcome data in accordance with state standards
  • Complete recurring weekly and monthly data reporting, including data cleaning and verification
  • Support audit preparation and identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Maintain ongoing data quality assurance processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
