Requirements
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Understanding of crisis dynamics
- Proficient in written and oral communication
- Valid New Jersey driver’s license in good standing
- Masters Degree plus 1 year experience or a BA plus 1 years of experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with children a plus
- Bilingual Spanish speaking a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home intervention and de-escalation for children/families throughout Ocean County.
- Provide follow-up stabilization and case management.
