Keystone Health Crisis Crisis Intervention Specialist II Part-Time (30 hours weekly) - evenings and weekends, plus on- call shifts. Keystone Health Crisis is seeking a compassionate and experienced Crisis Intervention Specialist II to join our team. This position plays a critical role in providing immediate support and intervention services to individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use crises throughout Franklin and Fulton Counties. The Keystone Health Crisis Intervention Program provides mental health and drug and alcohol crisis services through a 24-hour hotline, in-person assessments at the Crisis office, and face-to-face intervention in local hospital emergency departments. The Crisis Intervention Specialist II works collaboratively with individuals, families, healthcare providers, and community agencies to assess needs, provide crisis intervention, and connect individuals with appropriate resources and services.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Rehabilitation, Activity Therapies, Counseling, Education, or a related field and three (3) years of direct mental health care experience
- Bachelor's degree in Sociology, Social Work, Psychology, Gerontology, Anthropology, Political Science, History, Criminal Justice, Theology, Counseling, Education, or a related field, or be a Registered Nurse, and five (5) years of direct mental health care experience, including two (2) years of supervisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and three (3) years of direct mental health care experience
- Current Registered Nurse license with certification in Psychology or Psychiatry
- Current CPR certification required

Responsibilities
- Conduct crisis assessments and interventions for individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance use emergencies
- Provide support and counseling through hotline and face-to-face services
- Assist individuals and families in accessing community resources and treatment services
- Coordinate care with hospitals, emergency departments, law enforcement, and community providers
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of assessments, interventions, and referrals
- Maintain professional and ethical standards while ensuring high-quality client care
- Participate in crisis response activities and assist with program operations as needed
