The Crisis Continuum of Care Case Manager is a member of Ada S. McKinley's Behavioral Health & Clinical Services Crisis Continuum of Care Program. This position provides comprehensive care coordination, stabilization support, case management, and linkage services to children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing behavioral health crises. The Crisis Continuum of Care Case Manager supports clients served through Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS), the Crisis Stabilization Program, and the 590 Crisis Program by coordinating ongoing behavioral health treatment, community resources, and recovery supports. The Crisis Continuum of Care Case Manager functions as a flexible position within the Crisis Continuum of Care Program. Responsibilities may be assigned across Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS), the Crisis Stabilization Program, and the 590 Crisis Program based upon operational needs, staffing patterns, program development, and client care priorities.
