Our walk-in program provides rapid, accessible crisis intervention services for Ocean County adults experiencing mental health challenges that are impacting their day-to-day functioning. Services are recovery-oriented and time-limited, with a focus on helping individuals stabilize, identify next steps, and connect with longer-term behavioral health services and community supports. The program serves adults age 18 and older who can be safely supported in an outpatient setting and do not currently have other case management services in place. The position provides comprehensive, community-based behavioral health services through assessment, treatment planning, crisis intervention, counseling, education, and recovery support. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, this role helps consumers stabilize during periods of crisis, build skills, access community resources, and connect with ongoing care while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being.
