The Crisis Clinician Lead, NV Crisis 988 position is a hybrid role that allows associates to work virtually full-time, with the exception of required in-person training sessions. This role operates within a 24-hour call center environment and involves both direct call handling and a supportive role. The Crisis Clinician Lead will handle crisis calls, perform screening and assessment, provide telephonic intervention and de-escalation, and develop rapport with callers. In the absence of managers, they are responsible for the shift, supporting non-clinical call takers, managing call volumes, and monitoring staff availability.
