UPMC Western Behavioral Health at Safe Harbor is seeking a passionate and driven Crisis Clinician I to join their Crisis Intervention team. This team provides 24/7 crisis services through phone support, mobile response, and walk-in assessments. The Crisis Clinician I, under the guidance of the Crisis Clinician Supervisor, will offer compassionate care to individuals of all ages facing self-identified crises. Responsibilities include crisis counseling, de-escalation, clinical assessment, coordination of services, and meeting with clients within the community. This is an evening shift position (2pm-12am), four days per week, with a six-week rotation schedule that includes some weekends and holidays. The dress code is business casual, and on-site parking is provided at no cost.
