Requirements

Minimum of 21 years of age.
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years’ experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and interpret documents.
Valid North Carolina Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

Demonstrate the Agency’s purpose, philosophy, policies and procedures.
Work as a team member and oversee the day-to-day activities and needs of the clients in their care.
Opportunities to lead and direct less experienced staff.
