Our firm’s mission to integrate our faith into the practice of law and serve our clients with excellence. Simms Showers LLP is currently seeking a well-qualified applicant for a Legal Assistant for our Criminal & Traffic Law Practice Area. This position involves being the first point of contact for clients and providing legal and administrative support to our criminal and traffic law attorneys with 60+ active cases a week.

• Very well organized and able to keep track of multiple different cases at once
• Able to keep track of payments from clients
• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Administrative office experience
• Experience with Microsoft office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work collaboratively in a team environment

Nice To Haves

• Spanish proficiency or fluency
• 1+ years of experience as a Criminal Legal Assistant
