Criminal Justice Specialist/Investigator III (Temporary)
About The Position
This is a temporary position with the Office of State Human Resources, Temporary Solutions division, assigned to the Department of Justice. The agency's mission is to provide a solid Human Resource management foundation, responsible oversight, and creative solutions through a collaborative approach with all stakeholders to maximize the potential of its employees. This role will assist with the investigation of criminal justice applicants and certified criminal justice officers for criminal justice rule violations. Temporary employees may be eligible for health insurance coverage under the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) if they work an annual average of 30 or more hours per week. This position is located at 1700 Tryon Park Drive in Wake County.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an appropriately accredited institution and three years of administrative, technical, or professional experience in criminal justice or law enforcement as it relates to the area of assignment, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
