This role is designed for a senior-level litigator who can independently manage complex criminal cases from intake through resolution. The ideal candidate brings strategic thinking, strong courtroom presence, and disciplined case management, along with the ability to make sound legal decisions under pressure. You will serve as lead counsel on serious criminal matters, develop effective defense strategies, and advocate for clients at the highest level. Requirements

  • Several years of criminal defense experience with progressive responsibility
  • Extensive jury trial experience (50+ trials preferred)
  • Federal criminal case experience
  • Active Florida Bar license in good standing
  • Ability to meet or exceed monthly billable hour requirements
  • Strategic legal analysis and critical thinking
  • Strong written and oral advocacy skills
