About The Position

The Crib Attendant is responsible for the maintenance of industrial or manufacturing equipment as outlined within the scope of work. This role involves managing spare parts, stocking inventory, entering data into a database, and working with vendors. The position also includes closing work orders in the CMMS, receiving breakdown calls, dispatching maintenance personnel, and documenting repair details. The attendant must be capable of understanding equipment manuals and specifications, possess basic computer skills, and have knowledge of a CMMS.

Responsibilities

Ordering spare parts for equipment and MRO items
Stocking or putting parts in the correct location
Entering parts received into database
Working with vendors for best pricing
Closing all Maintenance and facility workorders and P.M.s in the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)
Receiving production breakdown calls
Dispatching Maintenance to the call
Entering location, problem, time of call
Enter all information when the job is completed into the CMMS
Responsible for collecting and assisting with documentation of repair details, as directed by supervision or management
Capable of working from and understanding equipment manuals, specifications, and BOM's (Bill of Materials)
Adhering to and supporting all EHS and Quality objectives, in accordance with ISO 14001, 45001 and 9001 respectively
All other duties as assigned by Leadec manager
