About The Position

A Crewperson has the ability to work without direct supervision and directs others as needed. They have an advanced knowledge of the coating process. The Crewperson reports to the Lead and Supervisor of the assigned area.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training preferred.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial yard environment.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
• Ability to follow HSE, QC, and company safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lb and stand for extended periods.
• Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Basic reading and writing proficiency for documentation.
• Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Valid forklift or material handling certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean, apply and/or remove thread compound.
• Remove, clean and/or apply thread protectors.
• Operation support equipment as needed.
• Provide support and training to new crewmembers as needed.
• Perform other work related task as assigned.
• Comply with all NOV Company and HSE procedures and policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of work station and surrounding areas.
• Any and all other duties as directed by Supervisor.
