About The Position
Primary Responsibility Support the Coating Operator with thermocleaning, baking, blasting, and coating processes. Follow all safety and standard operating procedures to ensure safe and quality operations. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to maintain smooth production flow.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot.
- Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Offer of employment is contingent upon the completion of background and drug screenings, conducted in accordance with applicable laws.
Nice To Haves
- 1 to 3 years of related experience preferred.
- Prior coating, sandblasting, and crane operation experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set up and adjust equipment based on work orders.
- Perform in-process quality checks during production.
- Report any irregularities or issues to supervisors promptly.
- Maintain documentation and production reports as required.
- Perform other duties as directed by supervisors or their designers.
