About The Position

Auntie Anne’s is known for its homemade, freshly baked, golden brown soft pretzels served with a smile. Chestnut Land Company is the largest and fastest-growing domestic franchise partner of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels. Crew members are responsible for delivering a high-quality experience by prepping, making, and serving all Auntie Anne's products in an appropriate fashion, while also collaborating with other staff on various tasks. This includes prepping, baking, and serving pretzels and other products, as well as greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly, efficient, and accurate manner.

Requirements

• Ability to prep, make, and serve all products in an appropriate fashion.
• Ability to work together with other staff on various tasks.
• Friendly and efficient/accurate customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepping, baking, and serving pretzels and other products.
• Greeting customers and taking orders in a friendly and efficient/accurate manner.
• Working together with other staff on other tasks.
