About The Position
We are a fast casual restaurant that offers a family like atmosphere to our crew and guest. We have a streamlined menu with easy to follow procedures. We are looking for high energy, honest and reliable team members to join our Huey Magoos family. We have flexible work schedules with competitive pay. We operate several locations in the state of Mississippi and will soon be expanding to north Alabama. We are a fast growing company that will have promotion opportunities. Cashiers are expected to learn the dining room, cashier, and drive thru operations. Cooks will be expected to learn cook/production stations including prep, fry cook, grill cook, salad station, etc. We share the dishwashing role so everyone is expected to chip in. You will be given all the tools necessary to be able to adequately perform your job duties. Reports to the general manager and works together with them to: Be a team player that will communicate effectively with respect to your teammates, managers and guests. Prepare food to recipe specifications while maintaining a clean work space. Arrive to work on time, in proper uniforms with clear focus on the tasks required of the job. Requirements
- 16 or older
- Reliable transportation
- Restaurant experience is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Learn the dining room, cashier, and drive thru operations.
- Learn cook/production stations including prep, fry cook, grill cook, salad station, etc.
- Chip in with dishwashing duties.
- Be a team player that will communicate effectively with respect to your teammates, managers and guests.
