Successful candidates live within Berks County, PA. We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Crew Supervisor! With general guidance from functional management and in accordance with organization goals, values and norms, provides direction on activities, behaviors and performance, and motivates team members. Identifies and analyzes problems, plans, tasks, and solutions. Reports to management and program(s) on team accomplishments, achievements, and productivity. Understands customer and program requirements.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years relevant industry technical certification/training preferred
  • High School or Associates Degree
  • Must be BPI certified
  • Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
  • If applicable, meet all DOT qualification requirements and comply with all applicable federal, state, and local transportation regulations.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located without the need for employer sponsorship or support.
  • Successful hires must pass pre-employment checks.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and train Energy Technicians, providing technical oversight and ensuring quality, compliant field work.
  • Review and approve completed work, technician hours, and time‑off requests in accordance with program requirements.
  • Serve as the on‑site program representative for customers and contractors, promoting participation and resolving issues that impact project delivery.
  • Install and inspect residential energy efficiency upgrades, recommend appropriate solutions, document findings, and report status and results to program staff.
  • Troubleshoot field and technical issues to ensure work meets client specifications and program standards.
  • Travel within an assigned territory to support field operations and stakeholder engagement.
