As a Crew Scheduler, you'll collaborate with Pilots, Flight Attendants, Dispatch, and all four of our airline partners to keep our flights covered and operating on time. Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Desktop PC/Computer experience
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a changing and fast-paced environment

Responsibilities
- Provide scheduling support to Pilots and Flight Attendants
- Utilize multiple computer programs simultaneously while taking phone calls and chats
- Monitor/ensure compliance with crewmember legalities
- Make calls to crew members notifying them of schedule changes
- Collaborate with multiple departments to resolve challenges and ensure safe, efficient, and reliable operations
