About The Position

Requirements

Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screening.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in construction or asphalt paving is a plus but not required.
High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and application of asphalt materials on paving projects.
Support the operation of paving equipment and machinery.
Maintain a clean and organized worksite adhering to safety standards.
Work closely with crew members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
Follow all safety policies and procedures to minimize risks on site.
Ability to perform manual labor and physical tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Positive attitude, reliability, and good communication skills.
Commitment to following safety protocols and working as a team player.
