About The Position

Jeff’s Bagel Run is seeking energetic, outgoing Crew Members to join their fast-growing team. This role involves working with people, hopping between positions, and learning all aspects of the business, from rolling dough to crafting drinks and serving customers. The company started in 2019 and has grown to 30 locations, offering opportunities for team members to grow into leadership roles. They aim to bake fresh bagels, bring joy, and build community. The ideal candidate is disciplined, fast, takes pride in consistency, and can work effectively in a fast-paced bakery environment. A strong understanding of customer service is essential. The role requires the ability to lift up to 50lbs and move quickly under pressure. The bakery closes at 2 pm daily.

• Must be a good teammate
• Must have a strong understanding of what it takes to provide great customer service to customers
• Must be able to lift up to 50lbs

• Weekend availability required

Responsibilities

• General customer service
• Running front of house as a team, or individually
• Running a cash register
• Assisting in food prep (bagels and cream cheese)
• Front lobby maintenance
• Inventory counts
• Providing assistance to the bakers when needed
• Clean and disinfect work area
• Set-up and break-down work station
• Follow and ensure compliance with sanitation and cleaning procedures
• Opening store on time
• Closing the entire bakery
• Ensure that all equipment is clean and sanitized
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Whipped cream cheese production
• Cream cheese scooping
• Vegetable chopping
• Food prep (bagels)
• Making coffee
• Dishes
• General cleaning
• Front of house service
