Requirements
- Ability to work with children
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Must pass background examinations (included with training)
- Lifeguard, CPR/AED and First Aid certification required.
Nice To Haves
- Experience as a certified lifeguard, youth sports instructor/coach, camp counselor swim instructor and/or childcare provider preferred.
- Paid training for those not certified is provided.
Responsibilities
- Ambassador of the Goldfish Swim School Brand
- Interacts with customers, including adults and children provides swim instruction based on the Goldfish Swim School curriculum or answers any questions current and potential customers have regarding our program
- Maintains lifeguard credentials throughout employment
- Reports accidents and incidents to management.
- Completes required documentation and paperwork.
- Fulfills other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the Employer.
