About The Position
Slice of Eden LLC is a small, family-owned and operated Domino’s franchise based in State College, Pennsylvania. The company is seeking a reliable, customer-oriented inside crew member to help ensure product quality and provide great customer service while maintaining a positive and professional attitude. The role includes preparing products, handling orders and customer interactions, supporting store cleanliness and promotions, and helping get orders to customers and delivery drivers.
Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old.
- Pass applicable company background checks.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills for interactions with management and customers, including taking and processing orders.
- Be able to multitask effectively.
- Be able to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Be able to adjust to changing priorities.
- Be able to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
- Be able to take orders over the counter or by phone.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Be able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, using a calculator if needed.
- Be able to make correct monetary change.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones.
