About The Position

Domino’s Crew Members welcome and assist customers while helping prepare, bake, and serve pizzas during busy periods. The position suits people seeking flexible schedules and may be pursued part-time or full-time. Crew Members are expected to communicate enthusiastically with customers, maintain a positive personality and punctuality, and present a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards. The role involves working independently and with coworkers, performing repetitive tasks under pressure, meeting quality standards, and making timely, sound judgments. Store duties include customer service and order processing, food preparation, equipment and facility upkeep, inventory and stocking, and handling payments.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years of age.
Must pass a criminal background check.
Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, and punctuality.
Ability to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
Ability to perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, coordinate with coworkers and customers, and make timely ethical judgments.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
Comfort using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform tasks involving walking, lifting or stacking supplies weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.
Hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding cardboard pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

Greet customers enthusiastically, take orders, and communicate with customers in a positive and professional manner.
Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
Prepare products according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
Operate, clean, and maintain store facilities and equipment.
Take inventory and stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and coolers; complete associated paperwork.
Coordinate with coworkers and customers, work independently or as part of a team, and meet quality-control standards.
Perform basic arithmetic accurately and quickly, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator when needed.
