About The Position

Domino’s Crew Members help make, bake, and serve pizzas while providing a positive customer experience. The role may be part-time or full-time and offers flexible schedules. Crew Members welcome and communicate with customers, take and process orders, prepare products according to Domino’s specifications, and help maintain store facilities and equipment. Team members may also take inventory, stock ingredients and supplies, and complete related paperwork. The position requires a professional appearance consistent with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards, punctuality, and the ability to work with others or independently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Enthusiastic customer communication, a positive personality, and punctuality.
• Ability to work under stress and meet strict quality-control standards.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly, and make correct monetary change.
• Comfort using a computer keyboard, touch screen, and foot-paddle.
• Ability to stand for most of the shift and perform physical tasks including walking, lifting or stacking products weighing up to 50 pounds, and occasionally crouching, squatting, stooping, bending, or using stairs.
• Hand-eye coordination for shaping pizza dough, maneuvering a pizza peel and cutter, and folding pizza boxes.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers enthusiastically and take orders with a positive attitude.
• Receive and process telephone orders promptly to support customer satisfaction and timely pizza delivery.
• Prepare products according to Domino’s specifications and guidelines.
• Operate, clean, and maintain store facilities and equipment.
• Take inventory and stock ingredients and supplies from delivery areas into storage, work areas, and coolers; complete associated paperwork.
• Work independently and with coworkers, coordinate with customers, and meet quality-control standards.
• Perform repetitive tasks and make timely, sound ethical judgments.
• Handle basic arithmetic accurately, make correct monetary change, and use a calculator when needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s and Team Fox image standards.
