About The Position
Jamba & Auntie Anne's is a thriving destination in Saginaw, TX, where we serve up delightful Jamba smoothies and mouthwatering Auntie Anne's pretzels. We're looking for energetic and friendly Team Members to join our family and help us create memorable experiences for our customers. The position involves the implementation of procedures, standards, and tactics to optimize restaurant sales, control costs, and provide a quality guest experience by adhering to quality, cleanliness, and service standards. Team members are responsible for following brand standards, company rules and policies, and job responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor. They must strive to deliver a quality guest experience, deliver products that meet brand standards and recipes, maintain their stations in a clean and orderly manner, and assist other team members as needed. Crew members may be trained in multiple positions including front of house, back of house, guest service, or prep and production.
Requirements
- Passion for the Auntie Anne's and Jamba brand and enthusiasm for learning more about Jamba products and nutrition
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Knowledge of computer programs (MS Word and Excel)
- Must be able to lift up to 30-50 lbs regularly throughout shifts
- Ability to stand, bend, reach and scoop throughout assigned shifts
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F (walk-in cooler & freezer)
- Must be eligible to work in The United States

- Previous restaurant/foodservice experience recommended
Responsibilities
- Preparation of certain food items
- Greeting guests and taking their orders accurately in a friendly manner
- Maintaining quality standards of the products prepared
- Providing friendly and efficient customer service
- Accurate cash handling
- Delivering food and drink orders to guests and confirming accuracy of orders
- Maintaining cleanliness in the dining room and other service areas accessed by guests
- Maintaining cleanliness of various stations or food production or storage areas
