About The Position

Paradies Lagardère is hiring a front-of-house Crew Member for Vessel Kitchen at Salt Lake City International Airport. Crew Members prepare products according to operational and quality standards, operate the point-of-sale system, and serve guests enthusiastically in a clean, fast-paced dining environment. The role focuses on creating first-class experiences for travelers in Vessel Kitchen’s fast-casual concept, which emphasizes clean, local, seasonal, and globally inspired flavors. Crew Members warmly greet guests, take food and drink orders, process payments, and provide knowledgeable menu recommendations. They help guests understand menu options, including when asked about potential food allergens, and follow company cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures. The posting describes part-time and full-time opportunities and lists early morning and evening shifts. Compensation is $16–$17 per hour.

Responsibilities

Prepare products according to operational and quality standards.
Operate the point-of-sale system.
Greet and acknowledge guests and take food and drink orders within 30 seconds of their arrival.
Accurately total orders, process payments, and collect payment from guests.
Handle cash, process credit and debit card transactions, and make change in accordance with company cash-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
Know the restaurant’s menu and products and make recommendations to meet guests’ needs, including answering questions about potential food allergens.
Serve guests enthusiastically in a clean, fast-paced environment and deliver first-class experiences to travelers.
