About The Position
A Dunkin’ Restaurant Crew Member prepares food and beverages according to Dunkin’ operational standards, provides guests with great service, and maintains a clean, safe, and organized workspace. Crew Members may take orders at the drive-thru or front counter and handle payments, if applicable.
Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities
- Follow brand standards, recipes, and systems.
- Follow food safety standards.
- Prepare food and beverages.
- Assemble and package orders.
- Understand the restaurant menu, including limited-time offers and promotions, and answer guest questions.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Clean equipment, service areas, and guest areas.
- Stock workstation items such as cups and lids.
- Take orders at the drive-thru or front counter and handle payments, if applicable.
- Meet speed-of-service standards while delivering accurate orders.
- Serve and communicate with guests.
- Maintain a guest-focused culture in the restaurant.
- Communicate effectively with managers and coworkers.
- Organize and maintain stockroom and refrigerated areas.
