Requirements

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
Stand and walk for extended periods
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Bend, reach, stoop, and kneel frequently
Perform repetitive motions (including hand and wrist movements)
Work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen environment

Nice To Haves

Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient service to guests in person and over the phone
Prepare food according to Wingstop standards, including cooking, saucing, and plating menu items
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Operate kitchen equipment and point-of-sale systems as trained
Work collaboratively with team members to meet operational goals
Assist with restocking, inventory, and basic cleaning duties
Adapt to varying responsibilities during shifts based on business needs
